This male Mountain Bluebird seemed to glow in the early morning light which was in sharp contrast with the shadows on the mountains in the background.
About two weeks ago I photographed a molting House Wren high in the Wasatch Mountains as it perched near a willow thicket.
This is the third consecutive year that I have photographed Black-billed Magpies working on their nest in this same location on Antelope Island.
I felt that I had a real treat being able to photograph this Black-billed Magpie building a nest after a snow.
