It's hard to ignore the adorable charm of baby birds, which is why I couldn't resist taking some photos of these precious Mallard ducklings yesterday.

I came across this adult Red-shouldered Hawk while walking around at John Chesnut Sr. Park in Florida way back in January of 2009.

I photographed some sparrows, goldfinches, juncos, and this lovely male Spotted Towhee that was eating the fruit of a Fragrant Sumac tree.
